TECHNICAL ALERT: The worldwide system for distribution of
project-related messages has encountered a problem in the last
week or more. This has prevented messages that have been posted
to I*EARN conferences/discussion forums from being distributed
widely around the network. No messages have been lost to our
knowledge. Technical people are working to correct the
problem. You might have noticed a reduction in the number of
messages in the past 10 days.
