I*EARN DATABASE CHANGES: We are altering the I*EARN WWW-based
People Place and Projects databases to allow I*EARN
participants to work directly on them. This means that they
will be much more secure. Everyone will have their own
database password. The URL for the People Place Database is:
http://amity.iearn.org/peoplesearch.lasso. (there is also a
link from http://www.iearn.org to "Databases.") You will be
asked for your e-mail address and password. Type in your
e-mail address as it appears in the current database. Since
you are entering the NEW database for the first time, you need
to receive your initial individualized password. You can
change the password the next time. Click on: "Forget your
Password?" On the next www page, you can type your e-mail
address and a password will be sent to you via e-mail.
Coordinators will have the ability to update any record from
their country. The Projects and People databases are now linked
relationally so that the projects that teachers participate in
will be linked to their personal access information. Contact
password@us.iearn.org if you have questions.
