MEMORIES ABOUT COMMUNISM. Students interview and research
experiences with others living in ex-communist countries. A
little over ten years ago, in 1989, Romanian people reversed
the communist power. Many students today do not understand the
realities of the past. We live in very dynamic times and the
reality from today quickly becomes history! We wish to
enlarge this project and we believe that the Romanian
experience is not unique. So, we think it could be interesting
to share similar experiences with people who live in other
ex-communist countries! Contact Florina Serbu, Romania

MYTHS. What are the Myths in your school, family and your
Country as a whole? How are these Myths in your culture
relevant in our contemporary world? Do they promote or retard
the progress of your students in the locality? Have these
Myths given you any kind of perspective on life? Contact
Pastor Eric Sakyi Ofori, Ghana eofori@chemu.worldgh.net.

REPAIRING FRIENDSHIPS. How do people in different countries
make peace with their friends after a conflict. You are
invited to write about a friendly relationship which was
precious to you until it was broken by a quarrel. Please
write a story about what caused the quarrel, your feelings
about the broken relationship and the steps you took to repair
the friendship. Contact Natasha Cherednichenko, Ukraine
